About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Business Development & Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to grow client relationships, drive business expansion, and lead high-performing teams—particularly in IT services, staffing, and infrastructure support environments. Prior experience working with Fortune 100 clients is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted industries and client segments.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Create and deliver comprehensive marketing proposals, business strategies, and customer engagement plans.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams of 30–50+ professionals across on-site and remote locations.
• Oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and post-sale account management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align project delivery with client expectations and service commitments.
• Monitor and report on account performance using customer satisfaction metrics, KPIs, and internal reporting tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client-sponsored functions to drive brand visibility and networking.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee budget planning for client engagements.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within IT Services, Telecommunications, or Staffing sectors.
• Proven success managing large-scale enterprise accounts, ideally with Fortune 500/100 clients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
