· The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with the daily upkeep of both warehouses along with completing customer repairs. Daily tasks will be assigned by a member of management, as the daily needs change. The following tasks are not inclusive of the entire scope of work but will provide a basis to which an understanding can be had.

• Maintains an organized warehouse, both inside and outside. All items are labeled and identified appropriately. Clean parking lots, maintain landscaping, and any necessary repairs to equipment.
• Maintain necessary records for warehouse inventory.
• Follow the proper procedures for receiving items into the warehouse and shipping items out of the warehouse.
• Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all warehouse regulations.
• Perform customer repairs to furniture, walls, floors, etc. as assigned

· Makes sure that all paperwork goes into correct folders for record keeping and billing

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have a “can do, roll your sleeves up, and get it done” attitude.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask constantly shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write routine reports and correspondence, ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively/effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to maintain a customer focused culture.

Conditions of Employment:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record

· High school diploma

· Must submit and pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening – after hire random drug tests performed

Working Conditions/Physical Effort:

• Stamina to lift heavy items (100+ lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. without accommodation

· Work involves some exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, and/or loud noises
