NurseHub is seeking a contract NCLEX instructor to teach current and future nursing students by going LIVE on social media! You will join our team of incredible educators on social media to teach critical skills. Check out the below links for our live content:

Location & Role Type

• Location: Remote (Eastern & Central Time Zones Preferred)
• Hours Per Week: ~8-10
• ~6 hours prep time per week (i.e. lesson plan development, etc.)
• 2-3 hours going live on social media per week (1-hr live sessions), primarily evenings & potentially weekend mornings
• Ideal Live Slots: Sunday - Thursday (7pm/8:30pm)
• Compensation: $50/hour

The Role

We're looking for a dynamic NCLEX instructor to teach high-yield NCLEX content live on social media, focusing on traditional and NextGen-style questions. You'll help build engagement and learning among current and future nursing students.

Responsibilities

• Host 2-3 live NCLEX study sessions per week on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Deliver high-yield NCLEX content and test-taking strategies live.
• Create original NCLEX-style questions and session materials.
• Answer viewer questions and interact with the chat in real-time.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure brand alignment.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Nursing Education on instructional strategy and develop a shared approach that aligns with the NCLEX content on NurseHub.
• Participate in planning or debrief sessions as needed.
• Create short-form video content for marketing/social media.

Qualifications

• NCLEX teaching or tutoring experience required.
• Experience writing NCLEX-style and NextGen questions required
• Skilled at engaging live audiences online - strong communication and comfort with social platforms.
• Engaging, personable, encouraging their developing a community
• Able to commit to a regular schedule, reliable
• Independent, deadline-driven, and adaptable.
• Bonus: passionate about social media, interested in becoming an online influencer in the nursing educator space
