Adheres to and supports policies and procedures of Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas . Works scheduled shifts including overtime, when necessary.Accepts all call schedule as directed.Maintains a neat and professional appearance in compliance to the existing dress code.While performing this job, occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present for all employees. Compliance to Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas Standards of Behavior is required. Compliance to Dress Code Standards. Reports to the Director of the Emergency Department.Qualifications: Minimum Education Associate's degree required.BSN is preferred. Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
