Our real estate office is seeking a full-time in-office transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home sellers and buyers from contract to close – one who can work harmoniously on a team that is highly organized, dependable, and ambitious. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.

This position requires an active Massachusetts real estate license. A real estate license in New Hampshire is a plus.

The Transaction Coordinator position plays a vital role in each and every transaction. You will manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, which includes and is not limited to communication with all vendors applicable to the sale, direct communication with clients, and tracking contract deadlines. You will also be responsible for ensuring that paperwork is compliant with the real estate law. You will be a resource with a wealth of knowledge to help both buyers and sellers navigate through the buying and selling process to help them feel at ease 100% of the time.

Excellent customer service skills are a must. Communication in writing, in person, and by phone must be impeccable.

Compensation:

$45,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the real estate process for home buyer and seller transactions from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining related files
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Audit and maintain task management system and task lists 
  • Interact with multiple parties to ensure real estate transactions close
  • Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process from the agent, client, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, and other transaction coordinators/co-broke agents, etc.)
  • Support everyone on the real estate team in achieving their goals
  • Coordinate appointments such as appraisals, final walkthroughs, closings, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Current MA Real Estate License
  • NH Real Estate License is a plus
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, paralegal, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
