Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Property Administrator to join our team. This role is based in Jersey City, New Jersey. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for various tasks including managing resident inquiries via email and phone calls. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the commercial and residential property management industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to resident inquiries through email and phone communication
• Oversee and assist in property management tasks, both commercial and residential
• Conduct regular checks and updates on customer credit records
• Perform actions necessary to monitor and maintain customer accounts
• Ensure all customer interactions and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain an organized and efficient system for managing customer records and inquiries
• Provide support and assistance in managing property-related issues and concerns.
• Proven experience in the Commercial Property Management field.
• Demonstrable expertise in Residential Property Management.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in overall Property Management.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using property management software.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
