KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The Travel Coordinator, Intermediate position involves performing all functions of personnel (government, civilian, military, and contractor) travel for official government business. Responsibilities include notifying in-country representatives of expected travel, attaining country clearances, assisting travelers with screening requirements and travel advisories, ensuring compliance with regulations and obtaining necessary approvals, coordinating travel reservations for airline, car rentals, and hotel accommodations, data entry of travel information into designated repository to maintain program level deployment records, assisting in identifying risks and dependencies related to travel and current events in international locations, coordinating with external travel office entities to ensure itineraries, in-country transportation, and lodging align with scheduled deployment dates, and validating incoming and outgoing personnel information to satisfy daily personnel reporting requirements. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with a thorough understanding of logistics associated with personnel deployments overseas preferred, a minimum of 5 years experience, TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, and some travel is required. The role is contingent upon contract award.
