What Youll Do:
Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the product.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, market trends, and user pain points.
Translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions that deliver value.
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketing, and business stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on insights.
Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams, acting as a bridge between them.
Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates, and facilitate sprint planning and review meetings.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive and relevant.
Youre Our Ideal PO If You Have:
A deep understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage with both technical teams and executives.
A strategic mindset and a passion for delivering top-notch user experiences.
Experience working with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!).
Strong analytical skills and experience in A/B testing, user research, or data analysis.
A background in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven industries.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
Knowledge of API integrations and software development processes.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
