We are currently seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives


  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence


  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting


  • Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical


  • Assist with project coordination and internal communication


  • Perform general office duties as required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)


  • High level of discretion and professionalism


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
