We're hiring a full-time Entry-Level HVAC Apprentice in Argyle, TX who's motivated, hard-working, and ready to grow. Starting pay ranges from $15 – $24 per hour , with overtime available and full support in helping you earn your HVAC license.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC APPRENTICE

This is a full-time, in-office and onsite position. You'll work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with on-call responsibilities and opportunities for overtime. Each day starts by reporting to a central location before heading out to service jobs in the field.

As an Entry-Level HVAC Apprentice, you'll work directly under a licensed technician, assisting with diagnostic work, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems. You'll help install HVAC components, clear clogged pipes, and identify inefficiencies. While supporting your technician, you'll also learn our protocol and pricing books, communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, and follow all company policies. You'll keep your work truck clean and organized, provide excellent customer service, and begin developing the skills needed to work independently in the future.

OUR IDEAL ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC APPRENTICE

• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge and proficiency with basic tools
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow the company handbook
• Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of licensed HVAC technicians and master plumbers
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Motivated, hard-working, and proactive in learning the trade

At least one year of experience with residential HVAC repairs and maintenance is a plus!
