Responsibilities: We're looking for someone to join our Instructional Design team who is creative with a passion for developing interactive and engaging eLearning and instructor led experiences. Our team develops and maintains a world-class onboarding program for new hires who receive, pick, pack, sort, and ship products at Amazon. In addition to that, we have created a robust train-the-trainer program for those facilitating the onboarding experience. Our team is looking for support in enhancing our existing content with gamification and interaction as well as in creating supplemental materials to ensure our trainers are top tier. Qualifications: Year of experiences: 3-5 years ideal but not mandatory Degrees: BS or MS in instructional design or strategy preferred Performance Indicators: communication - collaborative environment, balance multiple priorities, time management, organization Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications Experience using Instructional Design authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. Experience with Vyond animation software or a similar product. Desired Skills: Collaborate effectively within the team and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables. Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing content to identify the most appropriate content enhancements to support the audience and learning objectives. Design and develop content using Instructional Design best practices that engages learners with each other and with the content through interactivity and gamification. Be open to feedback throughout the design process to ensure that deliverables meet the team’s high bar. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75.00 - $80.00 /hr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
