Role Overview Sodexo Live! is seeking an Airport Lounge General Manager for a prestigious private airport lounge at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) . Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Incentives Paid Airport Parking What You'll Do Oversee daily food operations and ensure high-quality service; Achieve financial targets and goals for the company and client; Develop and maintain client and customer relationships; Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff; Ensure Sodexo standards are met, including safety and food safety compliance; Manage Profit and Loss, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities of a standalone business. What You Bring Proven management experience in food and beverage within hotels, restaurants, or upscale venues; Strong leadership skills and collaborative work style; Ability to manage large teams and multiple priorities; Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service; Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities; Knowledge of food inventory, ordering, production management systems, and menu graphics programs; Experience with financial oversight and management.
