Position Overview Are you ready to take your Video Teleconferencing career to the next level? As a full-time Video Teleconference (VTC) Technician with Leidos, you will provide:
\n - On-site video teleconferencing production, design, and engineering
\n - Scheduling, installation, maintenance, and related operational support services
\n
\n
You'll support video teleconferencing suites within NMIC and affiliated commands, including those operating on JWICS, Legacy ISDN technologies, and/or IP-based networks. Work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with experts to ensure optimal performance and security for our VTC infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities \n - Provide design, engineering, and support for installation, accreditation, activation, and remote troubleshooting assistance of room/studio and desktop VTC services residing on JWICS.
\n - Execute the design, engineering, installation, configuration, accreditation, and scheduling of VTC systems.
\n - Maintain inventory accountability of all VTC assets.
\n - Monitor ONI's trouble-ticket system to address operational viability of all VTC units.

Basic Qualifications \n - High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience.
\n - Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or the ability to obtain within 30 days from offer acceptance.
\n - Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance
\n - 3 years of experience with A/V system implementation and support.
\n - 5 years of hands-on technical support of video telecommunications technologies.
\n - Experience with AV control systems (e.g., AMX, Crestron, Extron) and basic networking.
\n - Hands-on experience providing point-to-point and multi-point VTC capabilities.
\n - Cable fabrication experience (e.g., Cat6, XLR, 3.5mm, DB-9, TRRS).
\n - Exceptional customer service skills, especially for VIP clients.
\n - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook).
\n - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\n - Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, crawl, and walk long distances.

Pay Range: Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
