Pristine Telecommunications is currently hiring for a Verizon Account Representative position. An ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

On a day-to-day basis, the Verizon Account Representative Will be Responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with customers on behalf of our clients through direct selling and customer relationship management
• Closing sales when need be and ensuring all steps are completed
• Being knowledgeable on all products and services our client has to offer
• Answering all customer questions and being able to offer solutions
• Recommending products and services that may fit the needs of customers
• Following all client compliance guidelines when interacting with customers
• Keeping an updated record of all customer interactions

Education and Experience Requirements of the Verizon Account Representative:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
• 1-3 years of experience in any customer service or sales environment
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
