As a UI/UX Designer at HackMotion, you’ll create intuitive mobile app interfaces for our wearable sports-tech products , helping athletes unlock valuable insights and improve performance. You’ll take full ownership of design projects —from problem definition to development-ready solutions. You’ll collaborate with a skilled product team (UI/UX designer, product manager, and developers) to design, prototype, and test interfaces, gather user feedback, and maintain our design system. Your role also includes creating visual assets and ensuring a seamless, end-to-end user experience that delivers real value. Success in this role means owning the design process and creating impactful solutions that enhance user experience. Your tasks: Create app UI (mobile and tablet) Collaborate with team members in gathering user feedback, prototype and UI/UX testing Contribute to the design system maintenance and necessary updates Create visual assets (illustrations, photo and basic animations) Work directly with product manager and developers to ensure that designs meet usability standards What we expect: Ability to create app user interfaces from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity design Good eye for colour, layout, fonts and usability, basic understanding of design system Experience with Figma and Adobe CC suite Visual design skills (illustrations, photo and/or basic animations) would be considered a plus At least one example project demonstrating great & creative UI design skills What you can expect: Company stock options ( own part of the company ); Work on truly unique applications related to motion capture and IoT; Experience how global wearable HW products are invented, and grow together with the company; Join a profitable & fast-growing tech company with clients in more than 60 countries; Friendly and open company culture (internally we share everything related to building the company); We work in an office & remote mix (we don’t need you at a desk for a fixed time, we need the work to be done); Salary 2 292 – 3 960 EUR before taxes, depending on the skills and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hackmotion
