We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually rigorous Operations Analyst to support our finance and investment operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in investment banking or financial services who thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic track record, exceptional analytical and presentation skills, and a passion for operational excellence in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize operational workflows across trading, settlements, and reporting functions. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support investment operations. Collaborate with investment teams, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless execution of operational processes. Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability. Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs. Support regulatory and audit processes with accurate documentation and analysis. Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier institution. ~ Minimum GPA of 3.7 and SAT score of 1450 or higher (or equivalent standardized test scores). ~1-3 years of experience in investment banking, financial consulting, or a similar high-performance finance environment. ~ Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. ~ Strong understanding of financial instruments, markets, and operational risk. ~ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
