Work EnvironmentThe facility manufactures transmission heads for major automotive companies such as Ford, GM, and Stellantis, focusing on high-volume engine parts. The role is for the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, with initial training on the day shift. The position offers 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday, with a direct hire into a union facility under UAW Local 12. Employees receive a 2% shift premium for off shifts and become union members after 45 days.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $76960.00/yr.
