The Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group in Pittsburgh, PA , seeks an experienced full-time Director of Operations .

This role focuses on building and improving operational systems that impact service efficiency, maximize revenue and covers, and ensure consistently high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Position:

• Director of Operations

Compensation:

• $80-85K salary
• Medical

Schedule requirements:

• 5 days a week

Language requirements:

• English

Experience required:

• 3+ years multi-unit management experience
• Staff training & motivation
• P & L management (meeting financial objectives, maintaining beverage costs, maximizing profitability)
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Scheduling
• Managing >20 employees
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift 50lb
• Able to work in a standing position
