Job Description

• Review the Federal, Multi-National, Multi-State Partnership tax returns
• Lead client relationships on day to day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services
• Research and consult on technical matters and special projects
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service
• Actively participate in business development efforts, includingworking collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects
• Manage, train, and develop staff
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Tax Compliance and / or Consulting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• CPA and / or parts passed
• Experience working with Commercial, Financial services, Real Estate, Individual, and / or International clients
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills

• 1+ year of experience in a Supervisory role
