**Job Title: Solar Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking laborers to join our team for a remediation project on a solar job site. This is a temporary position, ideal for individuals with experience working on construction sites, particularly in outdoor environments. **Responsibilities** + Perform tasks such as racking, installing modules, tear downs, and quality control. + Remove lids from cable trays and assemble cables into bundles of three, securing them with a cleat. + Ensure stability of cable installations as per warranty claims. + Utilize mechanical skills and basic hand tools to complete assigned tasks. + Operate impact wrenches, remove lids, and cut materials as needed. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical inclination. + Ability to work with a wrench and impact wrench. + Basic hand tool knowledge. + Experience working as a laborer on construction sites or outdoors. + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. + Safety consciousness. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No specific educational requirements. + Must be able to work in heat and outdoor conditions. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team focused on impactful projects in the renewable energy sector. All necessary PPE will not be provided but will be required, including safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, work boots, steel toes, and leather gloves for pier pounding crew members. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Stratford, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
