We're looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn’t just use social media — they live it. If TikTok and Instagram are second nature, you film content regularly (for yourself or others), and you know what hooks within the first 3 seconds – you might be the one.

DandyMen Co. is a Bentonville-based, fast-growing men’s grooming brand transforming daily routines into rituals that build confidence and style. With clean ingredients, bespoke scents, and a sharp brand voice, we create products that actually perform — and make people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Do:

• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and produce original content that aligns with our brand voice. You’ll be "on set", behind the lens, and sometimes in front of the camera.
• Video Editing: Confidently edit using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or in-app tools. You understand pacing, overlays, and the anatomy of a thumb-stopping video.
• Posting + Scheduling: Own the content calendar for TikTok and Instagram.
• Analytics: Track what’s working and make it perform harder.
• Influencer Support: Help manage outreach, filming, and partnerships with creators.
• Creative Input: We want your POV. Be part of the process, not just the execution.

You Are:

• Already posting content of your own or for brands regularly
• Obsessed with short-form platforms and always catching trends early
• A visual storyteller with strong instincts on angles, lighting, and pacing
• Capable of working quickly and independently, but are also incredibly collaborative
• Organized, dependable, and ready to scale this role with us

Details:

• Full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Flexible hours for students
• Pay: $40,000–$60,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus
• Perks: 20% off products

Qualifications

• Social media experience required
• Degree optional — we care more about your content than your coursework
• Asana experience a plus
• Great attitude is a must. So bring your sense of humor, willingness to collaborate, and ability to roll with whatever the algorithm throws at you. We like fun people who get sh*t done.
