We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and redefining what's possible in fashion retail design. This contract role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with bold, innovative visual storytelling. You'll be working closely with our in-house creative team and may collaborate with a network of freelance talent to elevate our brand across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualize and execute innovative, on-brand designs across a wide range of channels—in-store, digital, social, print, and packaging
• Translate business goals and marketing strategies into powerful, visually compelling creative
• Collaborate with internal creative team and external contributors to ensure seamless execution
• Lead and manage multiple design projects from start to finish, often under tight deadlines
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders clearly and confidently
• Maintain and evolve brand standards while introducing fresh, relevant ideas

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience in fashion retail graphic design
• A portfolio that speaks volumes—bold, boundary-pushing work across diverse retail touchpoints
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in Figma
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to lead and manage projects across multiple formats and channels
• Confidence in navigating brand guidelines while elevating design standards
• Impeccable organization and ability to manage several high-priority projects at once
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
