Job Posting: Sales Coordinator
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth sales process by managing order processing, customer communication, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Account and Strategic Account Managers with sales operations.

Handle order entry, invoicing, pricing inquiries, and customer communication.

Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, transportation, and issue resolution.

Assist with credit and collections in partnership with accounting.

Perform administrative tasks and participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate:
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic team, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn the nuances of the produce market.
