Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rebar Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise rebar detailing drawings and schematics that are essential for construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical design and proficiency in various design software to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the detailing process.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed rebar shop drawings and layouts based on project specifications and structural requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project goals and timelines.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from team members or clients.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions for future reference.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions related to rebar detailing.

Experience

• Proven experience in rebar detailing or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in design Auto Cad, Rebar Cad and Bluebeam is desirable but not required.
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to create clear and accurate schematics.
• Familiarity with construction processes and materials used in rebar applications is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
