We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate accounting team.

About the Position:

The ATC will manage the entire closing process, coordinating all aspects to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience. This role will be tracking and recording closing deposits and complete commission payments to agents within timing goals. Input and maintain records in CRM, transaction management systems, and compliance checklists. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process to ensure seamless closings. Collaborate with the Accounting Team to address and improve bottlenecks as they occur. Assist in the development of a virtual filing system. This person must be customer-focused, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Who You Are:

You have experience in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry is preferred, but not required. You’re a proactive problem solver who doesn’t just manage files, you clear hurdles. You must be tech-savvy, comfortable with QuickBooks Online, CRMs, transaction software including QuickBooks Online, and digital documentation. Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. You thrive in high-volume environments—you can juggle multiple deals without dropping the ball. You must have excellent communications skills with via email.
