ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT with remote eligibility. This will be supporting the F-16 IAIS Product Support Integration effort.

Responsibilities:
    \n
  • Providing quality oversight of MIL-Q-9858A, MIL-I-45208, or ISO-9000 environments to include technical review of written material and assessments of conformance to policies.
  • \n
  • Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed.
  • \n
  • Designs and installs sophisticated testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates.
  • \n
  • Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • \n
  • Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs.
  • \n
  • Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
  • \n
  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets.
  • \n
  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • \n
  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates.
  • \n
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of experience, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
\n

Physical Requirements:
    \n
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • \n
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $68,800.00-$114,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
