Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the project management group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations across projects in our portfolio, optimizing workflow and operations to empower Project Managers to focus on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Drive Speed and Simplicity: Oversee multiple projects independently, ensuring efficient and effective execution with minimal guidance from Project Managers. Project Operations: Attend weekly business reviews with vendors, manage documentation, and provide operational support as needed. Guideline Development: Collaborate with Project Managers, Product XFNs, and stakeholders to develop guidelines for projects, identifying dependencies and validating inputs. Quality Assurance: Review root cause analyses for accuracy and actionable insights, address quality deficiencies throughout processes, and advocate for best practices in data annotation. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks proactively, escalating issues to Project Managers when necessary. Decision Making: Evaluate complex project dynamics to make informed decisions that balance impact and tradeoffs. Scope and Planning: Assist in scoping project requirements, including staffing needs, with support from Project Managers. Additional Tasks: Support additional initiatives to drive program excellence and operational efficiency. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in data management (Excel, SQL). Skills: Strong leadership abilities. Exceptional project management expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies.
