Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing project management support for key programs
• Assisting business program managers with analysis and reporting
• Interact and engage with global vendors
• Managing administrative tasks such as inventory management, shipping program execution, vendor payments, and virtual event production on Webex

Key qualifications include:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Numbers and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• The ability to work independently at a remote warehouse on occasion

The ideal candidate will have global, cross-functional collaboration experience with procurement, business operations, finance, and program managers. They must be able to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week, and be flexible with variations based on business needs.
