Why Are We Hiring? We’re seeking a talented Political Data Analyst to turn raw campaign data into actionable insights that drive engagement and results. In today’s fast-evolving political environment, campaigns need more than just numbers they need strategy. You’ll apply innovative analytics and predictive modeling to help craft targeted outreach and optimize campaign resources. If you thrive on transforming complex data into clear, strategic recommendations, we want you on our team. Responsibilities Develop and execute data strategies to support campaign objectives, including voter outreach and fundraising. Manage, clean, and enhance voter files, campaign databases, and data infrastructure. Analyze polling, demographic, and behavioral data to inform targeting and messaging. Build predictive models and dashboards for campaign performance and resource allocation. Present findings and actionable recommendations to campaign leadership and teams. Collaborate with field, digital, communications, and fundraising teams to integrate data insights. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Mentor junior analysts and support staff on data tools and best practices. Required 5-6 years of experience in political data management, analytics, or campaign technology. Proven expertise in managing voter files, databases, and predictive models for political campaigns. Strong proficiency with campaign data tools (e.g., VAN/Votebuilder, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization platforms). Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences and translate insights into actionable strategy. Experience working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of campaign operations, compliance, and digital campaigning. Willingness to work extended or unusual hours as required by the campaign cycle. Advantages Experience with high-profile or large-scale campaigns or advocacy organizations. Familiarity with advanced analytics, machine learning, or experimental design in a campaign context. Excellent presentation, training, and storytelling abilities.
