Who Were Looking For

Were seeking a professional who brings both accuracy and initiative. Ideal candidates have:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Working knowledge of payroll laws (FLSA, ACA, DOL) and GAAP
  • A strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Quickbooks or BambooHR

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate payroll processing for multiple departments and locations in partnership with our Employer of Record and internal HR team
  • Review and audit timecards, paid leave, and deductions; reconcile discrepancies
  • Support monthly accounting close, including GL entries and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with internal and external audit documentation and reporting
  • Maintain compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc)
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive data
  • Ability to pass a clear background check.
  • Full-time availability is MondayFriday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm
  • Ability to be on-site up to 50% at times
