The Outbound Sales Associate is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with Bluegreen Owners and Expired Sampler guests through automated dialer technology to promote the sales of vacation package purchases. This is a critical role to drive Owner and Guest satisfaction, Bluegreen resort tour flow, and ultimately contributes to Bluegreen sales revenue targets. The Agent must be highly knowledgeable of Bluegreen Resort destination information and systems utilization processes. The Agent must deliver an extremely high level of Customer Service while facilitating package sales that drive revenue results for the organization.

  • Supports Owners and drives sales

  • Re-engagement of Ownership utilization through the purchase and utilization of vacation packages that drive Bluegreen resort visits and sales tours.
  • \n
  • Sets the stage for success for our sales organization by exciting Owners and guests about their upcoming vacation experience and ensuring proper understanding of the Owner Review meeting and their obligation to attend.
  • \n
  • Adheres to department scripting expectations and all reservations fulfillment policies and procedures, including Owner and guest gifting parameters.
  • \n
  • Accurately reflects all package details and requirements, including the qualification questions. Sells ethically.
  • \n
  • Properly utilizes our outbound dialing technology and other systems such as Concierge and VSSA to ensure accurate call handling, package sale completion, and account documentation.
  • \n
  • Maintains minimum sales and conversion quotas.
  • \n
  • Supports special offers, projects and promotional campaigns as they arise, embracing change and innovation as ways to drive additional value for Owners and results for the organization.
