Job Description:

Medical Aesthetics Account Specialist role is a competitive position that requires excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as an outgoing personality. The candidate should be able to work independently and be self-motivated. This position is full-time and requires high energy, as it is fast-paced and team-oriented.

Deliverables and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is an individual seeking an established career with great income potential and can thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

· Working Environment: The candidate will work in Georgia (local candidates only) and on-site at seminar locations throughout the country for specific days (following the predetermined schedule) when needed on both weekdays and weekends.

· Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen relationships with aesthetic providers through frequent on-site visits, ensuring a high-touch approach to client engagement. Regularly visit clients on weekdays and weekends as required.

· Territory Coverage and Travel: Plan and execute a comprehensive travel schedule, covering all assigned areas and ensuring optimal client reach. Maximize time in the field with weekend travel or meetings as necessary to meet client schedules.

· Event Attendance and Industry Representation: Attend weekend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company, network with prospective clients, and stay current with industry trends and advancements.

· Product Demonstrations and Training: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions with clients on aesthetic products, devices, and procedures. Customize training to meet individual client needs, ensuring confidence in product use.

· Revenue Growth and Sales Goals: Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Client Support and Follow-Up: Act as the primary point of contact for client support, resolving any product issues and providing ongoing assistance to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

• The employees will manage the database and sales lead. They must also be meticulous in carrying out additional administrative tasks, such as printing the shipping label, product inventory, handling inbound and outbound calls and reporting, managing expenses, reporting vehicle mileage, and other related duties as required by WHITEROSE THREADS, Inc.
• This position requires travel 2-3 times per month on the weekend, at times working consecutive days but will be given days off following. Events typically take place on weekends from Friday to Sunday or Monday. The candidate would be traveling to seminar locations Friday through Monday, 2-3 times per month. Time flux weekend/weekday work.

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Skills)

• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Ability to travel (Florida, New York, Texas, Las Vegas, Orlando etc.)
• Able to lift 50-60 lbs
• Able to effectively work individually and as a team
• Able to take initiative and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changes
• High level of Professionalism and Integrity is a must
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly desired

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 plus 7% -12% commission (depends on the performance of sales)

(A good sales employee makes over $100,000+ based on sales)
