Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire contract-to-close process with precision and efficiency.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders.
  • Track deadlines, organize documentation, and ensure full compliance with regulations.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep transactions moving forward.
  • Maintain professionalism, calm under pressure, and a positive client experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the real estate industry.
  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (Full Broker required).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Must be located in Raleigh, NC for in-office work (this is not a remote position).
