Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Position in California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and implement individualized treatment strategies.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide client-centered care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to ensure optimal treatment effectiveness.
• Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and available resources.
• Apply the latest research and evidence-based methods to enhance therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health.
• Strong background in solution-focused therapy with excellent communication skills.
