Legal Recruiter & Legal Talent Manager: Denver (3 days/week onsite)

Robert Half Legal is seeking a Legal Recruiter (Legal Talent Manager) to join our award-winning Legal team in Denver!

We have a robust 13 week onboarding program and continuous professional development! We hire on potential--not experience!

How you will contribute as our Legal Recruiter (Legal Talent Manager):

• Recruit, interview, and place highly skilled attorneys, paralegals and legal support personnel in law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Robert Half’s presence in the local Denver business community.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with key hiring managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of understanding our clients’ hiring needs and positioning them to attract and retain top talent.

You should apply if:

• You have previous experience working in the legal industry, a staffing agency and/OR a sales’ position with competitive KPI's.
• Competitive and motivated by earning unlimited commission.
• Are driven and work well self-directed.
• Bachelor’s degree.
