This position will be directly responsible for managing the detailed processes of executing negotiated loan sales in the pipeline. Managing the logistics of all sales will include but not be limited to documentation management, audit support for partners, coordinating the exchange of due diligence materials and collateral documents, closing process scheduling, and other project management related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource / communication channel for Investor partner relationships.
• Work directly with Investors through initial implementation and thereafter; coordinating the scheduling and management of all portfolio sales to include due diligence, legal review, post-close activities, etc.
• Responsible for monitoring the pipeline to understand and report the status of all pending trades. All timelines, milestones, and targets will be monitored and communicated by this role.
• Assist with administrative duties to include the coordinating and scheduling of sales visits, building and maintenance of client contact lists, maintaining communication logs with partners, and documenting areas of follow-up within Salesforce, the team S: Drive folders as well as Symphony, our Capital Markets Platform.
• Ensure documents are properly executed and all elements are complete and accurate to include NDAs, LOIs, Purchase and Sale Agreements.
• Maintain strong internal relationships with other departments.
• Creating, maintaining, and auditing partners within Symphony.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines.
• Care for non-public information (NPI) regarding borrowers and ensures all applicable internal NPI policies and procedures are followed, and confidentiality of borrower information is maintained.
• Additional duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within Project or Vendor Management, or 2+ years outside trade management experience.
• Extremely detail oriented with the ability to multitask with many projects in motion at the same time.
• Proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders, internally and externally, with a high level of business acumen and political savvy.
• Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Good PC skills with knowledge of MS Office products and departmental software.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 1% of the time.
