A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Investment Funds Associate to join its Secondaries Investment Funds team. Duties:
Advise on secondary investment transactions and private equity secondaries deals.
Provide legal support for fund formations and secondary market transactions.
Draft and negotiate fund-related agreements and transaction documents.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks governing private equity and secondary transactions.
Work closely with senior legal professionals to navigate intricate fund-related matters.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in investment funds, secondaries, or private equity transactions.
Strong background in fund formations and secondary market deals.
Ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
General corporate experience is beneficial.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Skills:
