Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Independent Travel Agent to join our team on a contract, remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with reservations, managing their travel arrangements, and delivering top-tier customer service. You will also promote and sell travel services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

Make reservations and manage travel arrangements for clients, ensuring all details are handled with care.
Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a reliable resource for all travel-related inquiries.
Promote and sell a wide range of travel services, customizing solutions to meet the needs of each client.
Communicate effectively with clients, both in writing and verbally, to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule and responsibilities.
Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of the travel planning process to ensure accuracy and quality service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in making travel reservations and arrangements.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering personalized, high-quality support.
