What you'll be doing day to day As a Business Account Leader, responsible for optimizing IKEA for Business sales and profitability, you will: Lead the IKEA for Business team, fostering development, coaching, and encouraging growth and performance. Create the IKEA for Business action plan aligned with the market business plan, with input from key stakeholders. Analyze sales and customer KPIs to focus on key projects and improve overall performance. Arrange professional meetings with customers, both online and in person, in the market. Build long-lasting relationships with local business communities and promote IKEA as a reliable brand and partner. Understand the market's Profit and Loss (P&L) and the department's impact on financial results. Present and sell larger projects to customer stakeholders and management groups. Create sales quotations, follow up on customer journeys, and see projects through to completion.
