We are Hiring HVAC & Plumbing Apprentices!

Hiring entry-level installers and maintenance technicians to join our growing team! Ideal candidates will have maintenance tune-up experience. You will receive hands-on paid training to build a career in the HVAC industry!

Job Title: HVAC / Plumbing Apprentice

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. Depending on experience

What you will be doing:

• Follow instructions of lead
• Independently perform service tune-ups on various equipment systems
• Residential retrofit installation and/or Maintenance of residential equipment
• Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
• Providing excellent customer service

Minimum Requirements:

• Residential HVAC maintenance/tune-up experience
• Willing to obtain Massachusetts Oil Burner License
• EPA Universal Certification or Plumbing Apprentice license or obtained during training
• Customer service skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Follow directions as given, written and verbal
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Certificate from a Technical School desired
