Human Resources Business Operations Analyst
Introduction
Join our dynamic team as an HR Business Operations Analyst, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of HR processes. In this position, you will support our diverse workforce by managing employee lifecycle activities, optimizing HR systems, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our organizational values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline HR operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Support HR system implementations and upgrades, including requirements gathering, testing and rollout.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor HR operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support data governance initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance across HR systems.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related issues.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in the management of HR systems, including HRIS updates and troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all HR activities.
- Participate in HR audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Perform additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of the HR function and the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR-related software.
- Experience with system implementation or HR technology projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills or experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools.
- Experience in managing employee records and HR documentation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
