HR Generalist I Job Locations US-NE-Lincoln Requisition ID 2025-34281 Position Type Full Time Position Classification On-Site Job Function Human Resources Overview General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) is looking for an experienced HR Generalist I to join our Lincoln, NE organization. We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated and creative individuals who want to help support and shape this organization as we grow. GD-OTS provides reliable and affordable composite products to the defense and commercial aerospace markets. With more than 60 years of expertise, GD-OTS designs, develops, manufactures, and tests a full range of composite missile and space structures, including rocket motors, pressure vessels, launch tubes and fuel tanks. Major Position Responsibilities

• Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies.
• Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.
• Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records.
• Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organizations HR practices to those prevailing in the market.
• Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.

• Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
• Discipline/Major: Human Resources or Business Management preferred. General Dynamics - Ordnance and Tactical Systems (AR,ME,NE,OH,VT)
