**Job Title: Steelshop Assembler and Grinder**
**Job Description**
This position involves assembling and grinding metal racks in the steel shop. The role requires lots of lifting, bending, and the use of power tools. After initial instructions, the individual will work independently. The job involves standing all day and constant movement, as well as measuring to 1/16 on a tape measure using various power tools, including a drill, shear, and bend break.
**Responsibilities**

**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in a labor-intensive job, manufacturing, or construction (6 months+).
+ Proficiency with a tape measure.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ General labor experience.
+ Assembly and construction experience.
+ Carpentry and production skills.
+ Experience with hand tools.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a shop setting without air conditioning. Approximately 6-8 people work in the shop doing assembly. The dress code is casual, but steel-toed shoes are required. The hours are Monday-Thursday from 5am-3:30pm and Friday from 5am-2:30pm.
