Full-Time Customer Service Specialist
Location:
Chesapeake, VA

notifyMD is hiring Full-Time Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Chesapeake, VA! We provide essential support to our diverse clients, including medical offices and professional services. This is an in-office position.

No experience required! We offer comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success. Join our team where we value collaboration and support, helping you succeed in a fast-paced environment!

What You'll Do:
  • Professionally handle incoming calls.
  • Greet callers with a polite, pleasant tone.
  • Accurately gather and relay required information.
  • Verify and enter details precisely into our system.
  • Provide Tier 1 Tech Support and submit/review tickets.
What We're Looking For:
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
  • Strong English communication (spelling, grammar).
  • Computer skills in a Windows environment.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
  • Availability to work one weekend day per week.
Compensation & Full-Time Benefits:

Shifts:
