Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $16.5 - $20.57 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview:

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize the customer experience, providing personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. Success is achieved through teamwork, curiosity, resourcefulness, and inclusivity. Brand Ambassadors serve as the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, beginning your next great chapter with us.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive sales.
• Support store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Innovate in engaging clients and expanding our customer base.
• Represent the customer experience expectations in-store, supporting RL brand standards and store vision.
• Participate in store client initiatives and community outreach.
• Uphold RL core values and embrace new shopping methods and technologies.
• Support a collaborative environment centered around the customer.
• Engage in networking and talent sourcing.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing options such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home to enhance connectivity.
• Utilize digital tools like QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores to broaden product discovery.
• Maintain high standards of store execution and productivity.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Report category opportunities or needs to management.
• Ensure all store standards are met consistently.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, and operate chemicals; lift/climb up to 30 lbs.; climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
• Proven success in building positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
