Position Overview

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize the customer experience, providing personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. Success involves being a team player who is curious, resourceful, and promotes inclusivity. Brand Ambassadors serve as the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, beginning your next great chapter.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to enhance selling.
• Support store execution of company initiatives.
• Participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Innovate ways to engage clients and expand the customer base.
• Represent the customer experience expectations in-store effectively.
• Provide a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand standards, supporting the store and company vision.
• Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach programs.
• Uphold RL core values.
• Embrace RL's 'More ways to shop' philosophy and new technology.
• Support a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
• Network and source talent proactively.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and areas for improvement.
• Enhance customer connectivity through alternative purchasing options like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home.
• Increase product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores.
• Maintain high productivity standards through effective store execution.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Report category opportunities or needs to management.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to navigate the sales floor, stock/dressing areas, and operate chemicals; lift up to 30 lbs.; climb as needed.
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
• Proven success in building positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
