Safe Pilots with FedEx Ground is looking for skilled Class A CDL Tractor Trailer Drivers for undedicated routes and team operations based in Fort Worth, TX. If you have experience with companies like FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Schedule Options: Full-time drivers for rotating shifts; weekend work may be required.
• Shift Details: Primarily 5-day routes with some 6-day opportunities, depending on team schedules.
• Route Details: Routes are primarily Southwest, with destinations like Rialco, Phoenix, Salt Lake, and more. Routes are varied, so drivers will experience diverse trips across the country.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL: Must have a current license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of tractor-trailer experience, doubles experience preferred but not required.
• Clean Driving Record: No recent violations or accidents.
• DOT Compliance: Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and commitment to safety.
• Team-Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with dispatch and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor-trailers and doubles in a safe and efficient manner for FedEx Ground deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure security and safety of cargo.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and hours of service.
• Communicate with dispatch for routing updates.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
