Assist Facility Management Team with team goals, objectives and KPIs

  • Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized office.
  • Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, and work order requests, tracking to completion
  • Utilize CMMS and assist Facility Management Team with vendor work order compliance and timely work order: pick up, completion, invoice submittal
  • Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure access coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.
  • Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives and KPIs
  • Provide facility specific assistance to the Project Management Team as needed or requested
  • Provide support for meetings and conference room A/V as needed and directed
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
  • Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility
  • Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests
  • Ensure appropriate follow up with the client related to facility requests
  • Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption
  • Properly and effectively administer and maintain badge access for Facility Management Team and Vendors
  • Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting
  • Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
