About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Global People Operations to play a pivotal role in aligning people processes, infrastructure, and programs with the organization's mission and rapid growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and enhancing the employee experience across multiple geographies. This includes overseeing all aspects of global people operations, from payroll and benefits administration to employee records, immigration, and compliance. The role demands a leader with a strong background in people operations, particularly in tech-enabled industries, and a proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in driving process improvements, curating and implementing policies that align with business needs and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the global team. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 7 years' of relevant experience in people operations, with at least 5 years' in a managerial capacity. The role requires a deep understanding of HR tech systems, including experience in implementation, and a keen interest in using AI, automation, and tech ecosystems to enhance the employee experience. Knowledge of North American and UK operating environments, as well as in-depth understanding of employment law and compliance best practices, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, using data-driven insights to inform decisions, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
