Specific Job Responsibilities:
As it is not possible to list every duty related to this position, following is a list of the primary duties and responsibilities of the Events Team Member. Other duties may arise now or in the future that would fall under the Events Team Member.
· Set up rooms according to room layout and décor specifications
· Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, glassware, and rolling of silverware
· Serve food and/or beverages to guests and be knowledgeable of each menu
· Responsible for accommodating all guests at a function while circulating the room, anticipating the needs of guests and responding politely to the requests of guests
· Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens
· Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, occasional dishwashing
· Break rooms down after event
· Make sure at least one event staff member is in the room during an event at all times
· Prep work for off-site functions
· Other duties as directed by Management

· Must have the ability to remain calm in high stress situations
· Be able to solve problems quickly under pressure and ask a supervisor if unclear or unsure
· ABC license
